But to be fair, it's not all day, and some noise it's part of the apartment life, I can tolerate it and chances that you don't have 4 wild kids living next to you are high. □ As far as the noise., It used to be very quiet here even with my neighbors next door having 3 kids, I almost never heard them, it was pretty decent I would say but a week ago a family with 4 kids moved in next to my other side of the apartment, and OMG!, those kids are wild and the dad is always yelling at them □ when they leave and go out you know the battalion is leaving, they make sure you can hear them in the hallway. Sometimes you get lucky with your neighbors. But what's happening in the second floor might not be an issue in the 18 floor, you know what I mean. I honestly never had that issue, literally, never saw anybody smoking here.
